I was surprised when I saw similar discussion "Do you believe in incompatibility?" in mypage5, and it was occupied top position half day.Though mypage5 blogs are published after approval of Administration, it was bit surprised how it was approved.I think Admin published intentionally to gain popularity. And one of my friend was denied whole payout as one of the phrase was of her blog was copied. So beware of this site.May be next day you will find that your discussion there. http://mypage5.com/view_comments.php?blogEntry=65155

Somehow, this really doesn't surprise me. Plagiarism has been an enormous problem on MyPage 5 in the past. Even if the admin's checking to make sure entries aren't plagiarized, it only helps when they can find the content elsewhere online. It probably takes a while for the recent discussions on MyLot to show up, so it slipped through. I'm really glad to see that the admin at MyPage 5 seems to have already removed that plagiarized entry, though. I made dozens of reports several months ago, and they were never acted on. It's really encouraging to see that such a drastic change has been made--I haven't spent much time on MyPage 5 recently because of the problems with plagiarism, among other things, but this makes me feel like it may be worth becoming more active there again.

The FAQs are very clear about what happens if you are detected copying material. I imagine that this one slipped through Admin's checking and approval procedure somehow. Doubtless it will be detected eventually and $10 will be deducted from the account of the person who posted it. Plagiarism is cheating and anyone who indulges in it gains no kudos in social sites like MyLot and MyPage5.
