Has anyone done Slim in 6?

I have been doing the slim in 6 for 3 days so far. I feel good so far, just a little sore. If you don't know what the program is, it's where you work out 6 days a week for 6 weeks and it's videos. The diet part is pretty easy too, granted since it's only been 3 days I'm not really craving anything yet. I just wanted to know if anyone has had any success with this program?

Im not too consistant with it really, but changing my diet really did wonders. I've lost about 10 pounds and I think using this video really helped me in the toning up portion. My favorite video is the Burn it up and the slim 6 pack video which is definitely good on the abs.

I'm only on the start it up, tomorrow I am going to move on to the next video. I bought myself a pair of super cute boots and I am not going to allow myself to wear them unless I am able to get through the 6 weeks of the exercises lol.

Thats is a good idea! And I'm not sure how your new diet works but one thing that will probably help too is taking sugar completely out. Try this for 2 weeks and I guarantee you will lose at least 5 pounds just from that. Because sugar is what causes the fat around the stomach area and its really hard to lose even if you are exercising. And also seperate your carbs, fats, and fruits. This will speed up your metabolism. I hope this helps, I know it really helped me. And then you do this along with your video and in a month I am sure you will be very close to your goal weight or you might even be there by then.

Does anyone know where I can find the eating plan for the Slim in 6 workout program? I looked online, but haven't had any luck.M I borrowed the videos from a friend and I really wanted to add the eating play to maybe speed up my weightloss. My friend let someone borrow the plan and they never returned it. I have been trying to cut carbs and watch what I eat. I am starting the Burn it Up video tomorrow, starting week 3. I think I should have lost more weight, I have only lost 6 pds so far and I have been doing these videos for 2 weeks, 6 days a week. Maybe I'm just impatient, but I'm gping to get discouraged if I don't see more results fast.
