anyone of you notice the list of sponsors on our discussions?

I was so surprise to see this list when I sign in this morning. Last night when I was clicking here in myLot there no list of this sponsors. When did it start? Is myLot upgrading something in the site? Are these the sponsors on our conversations that is why we are get paid in here?
