I am surprised why we can not see AIR or lot of things available in our environment.
What is the cause of invisibility of these things for our eyes ?? Is there any science in this ??

yes, there is. the gasses in the 'air' are made out of molecules that are made out of atoms- which are too small for the human eye to see. when you see water, you don't see it's actual construction- the billions of atoms it is made of.

But why can't we see the atoms ?? I think , this is light and reflection of the objects which allow/prevent us to see the objects.we can see only the things which reflects the lights to our eyes and our eyes lens capture those object as a visible objects.

Odors. The things we smell in the air. We know they are there without seeing them. Sorry, can't tell you the science behind it.
