I can't enjoy movies in other languages dubbed to my mother tounge. Mostly people in my place are dark and short. How can I take it if tall and white people talking my language in a movie? Do you enjoy dubbing movies?

We have a lot of those kind of movies and telemovies here in my country. I am already use to seeing those kind of entertainment. Though I am not a fanatic of watching it. It doesn't mean that I didn't like it. I admire those people who are behind doing the interpretation and changing the language because it needs a lot of time to translate one movie. They also have to look for the exact meaning of the word into their native language. Kudos.

I also watch dubbing moves because the telvision channels in my country paly dubbed movies every week. I don't like to watch dubbed movies especially movies dubbed from English. I think it is interesting to watach those movies in English in order to get the complete feel of watching the movie. Sometimes, some works become funny when they dubb in regional language. Thanks for the response.

Hi daliaj, In dubbed movies the main draw back is the lip movements. It will be never suitable with the dialogue it is really annoying to watch it. Now one of the major Malayalam channel is telecasting dubbed movie (English language movie) in every week. My son is very interested to watch on the same because all of them are adventurous movies and I think that is the attraction of the movie. But one thing I noticed the language they are using is apt or the translation is satisfactory.

I do some times, I used to see these kind of movies on my television channels which are telecast every sunday in our regional language. Its really fun and understandable while watching. Some times the confusion will go off with these kind of dubbed movies.

I really don't see a problem here. I don't think we have alot of dubbed movies but I'm sure I wouldn't mind if we did.

I enjoy them.yes i agree when you see the movies made in your own language and another movie which is dubbed in your own language. then you will obviously enjoy the movie in your own language. but when there is a very good movie i comporomise with that and can see the dubbed one.
