I hope all of you out there are doing fine after the 2 typhoons that hit us badly just recently. I know that we all did our share in helping ourselves pull up from that downfall and help out others as well. In our own little way, extending help with one another is what brings us all together. There is another one coming our way, well Ramil is already here so let us all be on our feet and keep close and prepare, because we are stronger than those storms. How is everyone doing to all myLotters out there in the Philippines?

with this kind of calamities, it is nice to see people from different walks of life are trying to help even in little ways they can.

Were still here mylotting, smiling and recuperating. No matter what storm or calamity hits us, I know we will keep on standing up,smiling and surviving. As long as there are fellow Filipinos willing to help one another we will survive.

Hello there!
Hopefully people who are victims of these two typhoons are now okay and slowly picking up the pieces of their lost properties. I am living in Davao City and not really affected with these calamities but I always felt the sufferings and sacrifices of the victims in Luzon and NCR.
All I can do is pray and hope that everything is settled down, though there are things that cannot be brought back, but I do hope that the impact the disaster given will serve as precautionary measures and warning for the next disaster in the future.

I am affected here in Metro Manila but I know what I experienced was not the worst but those who are in low areas. I feel for their loss and did a little part of my own by helping and donating to them. Little by little I know that everyone will stand up again on their feet. =)

I just hope and pray that typhoon Ramil will not anymore devastate my fellow countrymen in the northern part of Luzon. These people have already lost something big and they could not anymore stand an another challenges which will again affect their lives. Please let us all pray....

The Philippines was caught unaware of the tremendous impact of both typhoons. Others are still down by flood. The sad part is that most have lost their homes brought about by the flood and strong winds. I do remember watching over CNN where a reported mentioned that it only showed how unprepared the country was in times like this. I hope that this coming Ramil typhoon will not cause too much disaster on our country.

Our family is slowly picking up the pieces. Our house is currently being rebuilt after Ondoy literally destroyed it. I hope this will be the last time we'll ever experience that kind of flooding. Let's also pray that the coming storm will not bring destruction to the provinces it will affect.

I know everyone is praying and looking out for each other now. I just hope that this is a lesson learned to everyone to always be prepared and not just take action after the destruction is over. Be alert as always to be prepared the next time something like this big comes our way. Hopefully it will not be as destructive as this is because we should already know by now how to prevent it. =)

Well, i just spent all my 13th month pay and calamity loans replacing the things that were washed out by the flood. Ondoy really caught us by surprise but we can't really blame nature but look at it as an opportunity to renew ones relationship with god. Let us just pray that it will make us more stronger as a nation and that it will spark a wave of nationalism to each and every Filipinos. Cheers!

thats good to hear that you are strong enough to face this kind of challenge. I know this has come as a lesson to everyone. Well, me too our 13th month pay was guven early and calamity loans were given as well, we had to buy stuff for the house that we lost, like our dining table, and appliances that we had to get fixed. Hopefully it will not be this worst the next time. And that all of us will be prepared.=)
