I make sure I get enough sleep before going to bed to make sure i get enough rest. I also eat right, drink water, tea, and coffee, but not sodas because there is so much sugar in it which just makes me tired.

Get some stretching or walk for a few seconds from time to time. You can also do the neck exercise and the best is pinching both ears (the lower part). I usually do this especially if I have been working in front of the computer for the straight three hours. Hope this helps.

Are you getting enough sleep? Are you drinking enough caffeine? You could try drinking a cup of coffee at the hour that you're most tired. I don't know if that would help you at all, but it works for me. Don't overdo it on the caffeine, though, because it will end up making you even more sleepy. (Just an FYI in case you don't already know). Also, you could get your blood tested at the doctors - you could possibly have a thyroid problem (hypothyroidism) which causes your thyroid gland to produce too much of a chemical - that causes constant fatigue. So, if changing around your diet, caffeine, and sleeping habits don't help your sleepiness throughout the day - you could talk to your doctor about it!
