I have a few problems with my computer...and I can not figure out what is wrong... First, my computer will not shut down properly. When I try to get it to shutdown, it ends up just stopping when it gest to the "saving settings" part. Second, my computer will not restart. Everytime I try to restart the computer instead of just shutting it down, it restarts but won't go past the little windows startup thingy. Third, my dial up internet connections have pretty much disappeared. When I open up one of my browsers and there is a need for the connection, the window pops up asking to connect and it will connect, however, the connection is no longer in the network connections folder and I just can not find it. Can anyone help or give some advice?

oh!!!,, what a problem,, that's true,, you need a technician,, and the best way to solve your proby is to reprogram or reformat your pc and the most important is to install antivirus and antispyware that is always up-to-date... These days users of computer are becoming lazy to update their protection because it takes time but the time you spend on updates are worth it!!

That's totally the work of virus that is working on your system rather than the programs. I prefer you to format your system or you can restore at a certain point, for which you should have created a system restore point if not you can restore the OS. Use some tuf anti-virus and scan the system then i guess it will of some help to you. Delete all your temp files even this will help you as most of the internet pages that is cookies get stored in the temp files.

Have your computer scanned thoroughly by using an anti virus with internet security. You can try Kaspersky Internet security anti virus, they have this free trial version available for download at kaspersky.com. Install this and have a complete scan on you computer. Or you can also try system restore if those problem just came out recently, you might have done or install something etc that causes some these problems.
