Bonus!

The past two weeks at work have been ridiculously busy. Everyone has been working really hard and working long hours. Employees have been on edge with each other, but still manage to get through the day with as little chaos as possible. Today made it all worth it. One of the managers handed out bonus checks to everyone saying that they realize how hard everyone has been working lately and telling us all how much they appreciate it. It was definately one of the best days at work in the past couple of weeks. Does your employer take care of you? Do you get bonus checks for extra hard work?

Wow! That's a great type of motivation, it's good that your company has that and that they not only think of their profits but knows how to take care of their people as well. Sadly, we do not have that in our company, it's more of what you work you earn, but no bonuses whatsoever. It'll be cool to have those, people would be motivated to do their best.
