My favorite quote is 'Remember, today is the tomorrow, you worried about yesterday'. I don't remember the name of person who said this quote. I like this quote very much. I worry about the next day most of the days, but that day will go smoother than I expected. My Dad's favorite quote is 'No crown without cross'. What is your favorite quote?

The first quote that comes out my mind when I read your question is: "When there's a will, there's a way". Then also "From little accorn grows an oak tree." Both quotes appear on Laurel and Hardy show, which is one of my favorite shows. At times the quotes motivate me through hard times. Your quote is great, by the way, I like it!

Thanks for sharing your favorite quotes with Mylotters. It is nice to hear that that quotes helped you in difficult times. Same happens with me too. When I go through hard times I think about the life of great people. The richest man in India Dhirbai Ambani who passed away two years ago, started his life as a worker in a petrol bunk. Now, his comapny owns a major share in Indian share market.

that reminds me of Oprah. She was nothing when she started her carreer. But look at her now. I think almost all people on the planet know who she is. she worked her way up and became the richest lady alive, I guess, besides the queens and princesses.

My favorite quote is Quitters never Wins and Winners never quit! I always set this quote for my journey in life. I don't want to quit and won't ever quit as long as I live.Because if you are still alive there is always hope.

That is a good quote. It is not advisible to quite, but I quit from one job in my life because I realized that I am not good in that. I tried my best to improve in that, but I couldn't make a good change. So, I decided to quit instead of being in the job and struggling to improve in the whole life. So, quitting is also important sometimes. But, it is better if you are able to survivie without quitting.

my favorite quote is " how you love others is how you love god ". This is my all time best quote which is really impressed me and easy to follow and gives lot of peace in mind. The power of love with humanity is important in this mechanical world. This is the most implied to this present world too.

My favourite quote is actually one a favourite comedian of ours always uses to close his shows. I don't know the origin of it, but it's the best one I ever heard, because it applies to everyone, in every situation. It goes like this: 'Live every day as if you believe it's your last day on this earth, because one day, you will be right!'

There is one I found a while ago but I am not sure who it is by: "To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are" & "If you do not know where you are going, any road will get you there"

Very good topic...my favorite quote is " Never be unduly elated by victory or defeated by depress". Good atitude to our life, life is just like a journey, you can't be success always and you also can't always be a loser, so during this occasion, it's very useful for us of thinking about this sentence.

Well mine would be from a song...the song's called "Attack" by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. And the quote would be: "Surrender to Nothing" ... It just simply means be strong, be ready to face anything and not surrender to anything.

My favourite quote is "Education starts in the womb and ends in the tomb" As I'm a secondary school teacher I always tell my students this quote, as learning not just starts at school but it is a lifelong process. We start learning from the time we exist till the end of our life. I also published this quote in the school yearly magazines and it was appreciated by my colleagues. Other quotes which I like are "Everything that glitters is not gold","A man without patience is like a lamp without oil."

hi there daliaj, My favorte quote is "Choose a job that you love and you will never have to work in a day in your life" by Confucius. True. Really true!! Who wouldn't love to do the things he/she loves doing?...having a work you can go everyday that gives you happiness and good income out of it.. is the nicest thing you could have in the world.

aha, I like this topic very much. daliaj, your quote is similar to a viewpoint in a book called The Power of Now. This quote means it's best that you concern today instead of yesterday and tomorrow, just concern the current moment instead of the past seconds and the future minutes, only this can you get rid of troubles! Just focus your attention fully on your current affaris and every present moment, it's okay! My motto is 'God helps who help themselves', do everything by own capability. Hope you like it too. nice to meet you!

there many ways to interpret a quote and none of which are wrong if thats the ways you took it ,however i am inclined to belive that the quote more orless means thatour socitey is compromised of many tyrants 9those who take )and freedom lovers(those who give.but in the end thereare not enough people in the world who give what it takes to make it better place.although i fear i havejust posed a new questionto the board whatdoesit means make theworld a better palce?
