What is data entry job?

I am tried to get some data entry legit sites but till now I don't get that, mainly data entry nothing but some screen shorts having old books data we have to encode them.

I am from India and I am also looking out for this information. Hope I will get some answers out here. Ill be following your Post here. Thanks for posting.
