Have you ever been arrested? I have and its not fun. I got arrested on a Friday evening and was forced to stay there all weekend. I was arrested for fighting once and I also had a warrant for missing jury duty. Because It was an issue to do with court and government I had to stay all weekend. FUN! I was scared to death at first. But the officers knew that I hadnt done anything wrong and that the only reason I was really arrested was because of the warrant for jury duty. They bought me Mcdonalds and Dunkin Donuts so I wouldnt have to eat the bologna sandwiches they normally give you. I didnt like it at all! There are some people that get arrested on the regular and its okay for them. There are people like me that dont ever want to do it again. How about you? Have you ever been arrested? If you're are not comfortable please dont share your reason why. dl

if you said that "Have you ever been arrested?" then my answer is biggest "no" because i don't do any work due to which i have to go to jail....i think we should never do any bad things due to that we have to go to jail...like roberry,murder,etc.... because one time iam in 9th grade there is one student ho sit with me in class....he is very bad guy....one time he rape the girl in class room..when all students will go to coputer lab..due to which that girl commit the sucide.... he has still in jail..... only one wrong step and your carreer will be finished... so take care........

Im so sorry for the family of the girl. I also feel sorry for the family of the boy who hurt her. Im sure the parents didnt raise the boy to be a rapist. I am a perfect example of someone who is a law abiding citizen and sometimes things happen beyond our control. Never say never my friend! dl

You did the right thing, dlovli, sorry that an unfortunate coincidence landed you in the clink over it. I'd have hit that idiot too. Your daughter is a brave girl, tell her that people she's never even met are proud of her strength and are praying for her.

Luckily I have never been arrested. May it be a traffic violation or for a commission of a crime. I have always been a law abiding citizen. Well, I also worked with our city's SWAT unit as a medic so most often police personnel in our area as well as traffic enforcers knows me... This is the reason why, I always follow the rules and the law so as not to be considered abusive.

Good to know that we have so many law abiding citizens. I had a friend who was a EMT for the city. He could do anything and because he drove the ambulance and worked directly with the police and fire they let him go. He never got in trouble. Until one day someone who also worked on the force wasnt getting the same courtesy. He told on them all. When they investigated it, Everyone lost their jobs and was charged with conspiracy. When working with or for the government or law enforcement, the best bet is to do as you do. Follow the rules. Great Job! dl

My Daddy was a lawyer and he made sure that both my brother and I were very familiar with the courts and jails. We lived in a very small town and the jail was one cell in a place like a garage with bars open to the outside where the garage door would have been. It was very dark, cold and scary to young kids. This training worked for both of us we knew we never wanted to go to jail but learned that court was boring most of the time and that it took forever to get anything done. So we stayed away from that also. The answer is no.

I never have been arrested. I had not even had a ticket until last year. I was so nervous even for that. I cannot imagine what I would be like being arrested for something.

I have never been arrested but I was in the presence of someone who was going to be arrested. I had to "act" overly emotional in order to fake out the cop, and convince him that if this person was arrested I would be totally screwed. In all honesty: -I was not in my home country. -I'm almost blind, and needed this person to help me -I had no family in the area While all of these facts were true, the cop was a jerk, so I had to pour on the "emotional blackmail" to basically manipulate him into letting the person go. The cop was on an ego trip anyway, and the person didn't really deserve to get arrested.

Oh!How could you enjoy it there?I just can't imagine.Usually I even tremble when I have to stop for the traffic cops for license verification. So,getting arrested and being there for the weekend full will rise my blood pressure. But as you are not a criminal, you had enjoyed the scene.I don't want to be policed like that even.Cheers!
