Wow check this out - http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=113802 Essentially, the regulatory czar (whatever), Cass Sunstein says that we should do away with marriage and have strictly civil unions. Here are Obama's czars hard at work. My opinion - wtf stay out of my life! This affects my personal life, religion, family, personal rights and responsibilities. I have nothing else to add, I am just floored by the suggestion. What do you think?

This is the same guy who thinks your pet should have the right to get an attorney and sue you in a court of law. Not only doesn't he want you to be married, he also doesn't want you to eat meat. Now, the regulatory czar can find avenues to make meat so expensive that people will have to stop buying it so often, maybe eventually stop buying it completely. This isn't just going to affect our health and lifestyles, this will change the very fabric of America. What will happen to Ronald McDonald and the Hamburgler, the Burger King and even that cute little Wendy girl? Seriously, this guy is one of those Mensa academic types who are so intelligent that they are morons when it comes to real life and common sense. He's got all these philosophical outlooks on how society should be set up and function, but none of them are workable because human beings can't be put into little molds. He might be an interesting dinner guest, but he definitely is not fit to wield power of the kind he has under Obama. Everyone should find out which Senators voted to confirm this nutcase and make sure they vote the idiots out of office next time around.

Amazingly, this guy is one of the very few Obama appointees that the Senate confirmed.

You know what, I was married in front of God. And if they decide marriage no longer exists, I will still be married in Gods eyes. So they know where they can stick that idea!

Amen to that. And they have no legal standing, but then these people make whatever laws they want!

Czar -- the term comes from Tsar (Russian) going all the way back to Caesar. So what can we expect from the all-knowing, all-mighty would-be Jesus Christ Jr.? Put "czars" in authority ... whether they know anything about the jobs they're appointed to or not. Why not? A simple return to Communist Russia, right? Seems to me that God sanctified the Sacrament of marriage. I don't think that Jesus Jr. (Obama) trumps God. Stay out of my life too, Obama. I know that you go to the bathroom and what comes out of your butt is as bad as anything that comes out of your mouth. After all, you ARE a product of crime-ridden Chicago via whereever ... was that ORIGINAL birth certificate issue ever resolved? I don't think so.

Hey laglen - it's "change you can believe in". The current administration if fulfilling it's campaign promise to "fundamentally" change America. So here is a new change. The Czars are running willy nilly - making up stuff as they go along. None of them have any experience. None of them represent the people of the US. We are back to taxation without representation. All the while Obama is plotting his takeover of American - turning it into anything but a free society. There is no part of our lives the government will not take over if we continue to sit on our hands. Obama isn't the only one - without the congress he wouldn't be able to do it. If Americans continue to sit home a think that things will some how work out then one morning we are going to wake up and have no freedoms left.
