Best consumer review sites?

For those of you who like to do a lot of research before you buy a product or try a service, what sources do you use? I know there's Consumer Reports and Amazon Reviews and Epinions (some of my favorites), but do you know of any smaller ones that aren't as well known? So far I've found Business Raid ( http://businessraid.com/ ) but I'm looking for more, and they can be reviews for any type of product or business, as long as they're not like obvious shill reviews trying to sell affiliate products. Thanks!
