Smartbro Prepaid and Cproxy

I am using smart bro prepaid with my internet connection and i used cproxy to speed up my connection speed as will as the bandwidth. During the trial period with cproxy I admit i am satisfied on it and after a week i decided to purchase a subscription of cproxy but when I tried to connect again with cproxy i cannot access anymore the cproxy site. So i am really confused why? So with the confusions in mind i come up to a decision to fire up a question directly to cproxy admin at their forum. The admin replied to me that a firewall on my PC might block it or the ISP provider. So i come into a research about this. and i tested by myself too that Smart bro managed to block the Cproxy and smartbro users can no longer use the cproxy for there internet connection. How about you guys? i knew there also people here used a proxy for there internet connection.. What do you think on this situation?
