Well yesterday evening I was walking back to my home when I was a group of people (ladies, house wives) walking fast talking about life ahead. Since I was behind them, I began to listen to their discussion. I found that they were talking about obesity and they were walking that fast to put down their fat. Later I missed them and now saw another similar group... I just thought- is obesity a virus today? WHAT DO YOU THINK???

It is not a virus in my opinion. Some scientists think their is some gene in the body that controls whether you are liable to be fat or not and if they can find a way to control that gene obesity would become a thing of the past. Personally I think it is down to self-discipline- eat sensibly and do some exercise.

I think with lots of fast food chains right now, obesity is spreading.people tend to live in the fast lane.their eating habits are also in the fast lane.they prefer fast food since it is readily available.also, because of being busy, some people put off exercising.

Obeesity is not a virus, its a lack of descipline to oneself particularly on what they eat. And other reason is their metabolism is loe so the burning of the food they eat is low and it turns into fat. It's good to know that those peope you see is trying to loose some fat and trying to be healthy. God Bless!
