Brick cheese or limburger

Oh my God, that stuff stinks! This is the comment most people make when getting near these cheeses. I love em all both of em. The smell is bad but wow, it just tastes so good. Really pungent limburger and brick goes good on rye bread with a bit of onion and maple syrup. When the limburger is too salty then it isn't good at all. The best "stinky" cheeses are always wrapped in tin foil and then again in siran wrap. I love to eat it around my husband, it makes him just crazy and he says it smells like toe jams. I don't know how close he has come to a person's stinky feet. When I was a kid, it was a tradition to go out and eat the stinkiest cheese on New Years Eve along with raw hamburger and onions. Oh yes, a beer goes good with this too!
