I was being glib. I wish I didn't swear. Everyone at my job does Mostly my Boss...I have picked up a bad habit... My Daughter is giving me a reason not swear. I'm 54 Years old and have never sworn in front of my parents...I didn't even realize I'm not swearing. It must be buried somewhere in my brain.

For me, I am a grown up woman so of course I don't. :) I see so many responses referring to not wanting to swear in front of their children. If it seems ok after a certain age, why bother protecting children ? Hopefully, they grow up and will learn well from their parents.

No, I don't, and really dislike hearing foul language. Sometimes I count how many bad words one says in a dialogue. Because our band is often in bars, I hear much more junk than I'd like to.

So exactly who decided what are good and bad words? I mean really now. I mean it is all just letter arranged in different ways.

Sometimes. I don't think I used to, but my husband has a potty mouth. I tried to avoid it with the kids, but sometimes the older one is what brings it out in me! My toddler has already come out with some choice ones. It was very sad when he mimicked my husband saying "hate". (I know, not really a swear, but still not what you want your toddler to say!)

Yes while I'm driving or when I drop something or angry.. Kinda don't even realize till after I said it or I'm reminded I try not too swear as I think it sounds wrong especially for a female to say f every few words in a sentence.
