Last month I made over $30 in page views on AC for the first time. I have been around the $30 mark for about a year. This month I am going to be over what I made last month. It's incredible. Last month was almost $35 this month is already $32. I am so excited. I might be able to make this into a job if I can keep up the pv. LOL

haha Mommaj, fortunately you did not post this discussion in the forum in AC. Some are lamenting that they make only $1,500 in page views, rather than the $2,000 that they always made from page views, and here you are, laughing your way to the bank because of $35! I think if you rewrite and repost the articles from AC to Helium, your page views will be closer to a hundred dollars per month from both sites.

I am so excited they are going up! I don't know how those other people are making $1500 to $2000. I believe they are doing it though. I am trying to get articles in to do the same thing. Hopefully by next year I will be bragging that I make over $100 a month in page views. LOL I hope it continues to rise. LOL This might just be a pick up of page views because of fall and winter. In the US people don't go out as much and spend more time on the computer. LOL Wish me luck. I bet you are one of those people making over $1500 a month.

haha, if I make $1,500 a month, they will kill me oh! Only those with 2,000 articles, and able to write 10 articles per day, can make so much in a month oh. I think if you pay attention to seo, your articles will earn much more after a couple of months.

Is my seo off? I'm asking a serious question because I can't tell. I thought it was okay. When I make $2000 in a month on PV only, I will bring Canellita, and we will visit you! In a couple of years you may want to move and not leave a forwarding address, it will take me at least that long to get $2000 a month. LOL

That's incredible to do that. I haven't figure out how to do that. I haven't had much of a chance and have focused on Helium a lot. Figuring out what will draw a decent amount of page views a month is pretty much a guessing game. I've got a couple articles drawing in page views consistently but that's about it.

"Evergreen" just means articles that aren't dated. For example, celebrity news is dated because in a couple of days or weeks, no one wants to read it anymore. Evergreen is something like great crafts for kids, where the information doesn't expire.

I've written about sports though I see that can be difficult. I've also written about wrestling (well WWE and TNA because that's what I'm familiar with). My AC account is in my profile I believe. I'm gonna try Twitter some more and see what I can do with it, maybe HubPages if necessary or Squidoo to see if I can get some views that way. I could try seasonal but not familiar with Evergreen to be honest. Once I get a chance, I'll see what I can possibly come up with.

Honestly, it's not as good as some of the people on there make. My pv are usually consistent. Just recently they started going up. I think I am drawing some new viewers now, because I have been on there so long. The way to get quick views is with entertainment articles. The way to keep pv coming in, is to write evergreen articles. What do you write about? Maybe if you write some seasonal articles that will help page views as well. I have articles about Halloween that are doing great right now. I didn't realize how many people would look at that stuff this year from last year. Hope that gives you a little bit of an idea of what to write about. What is your ac name? If you ever need help let us know.

MommaJ, you are the last person I think who needs to build up their library on AC. You already have a million articles there! Not that you should stop. It's all whip cream on top of the dessert now!

I am trying to get my pageview higher because I get great upfronts, but if I don't write for a month I may not get any page view payment. LOL I am trying to build up "my library" on ac. LOL

Anything, I can't pay me electric bill with the pv money yet so I want to earn more pv money. That may take a couple of years because my electric is high. LOL

Hopefully, we will both make more money. LOL I just hit $40 for this month. I am so excited to see where it ends. I hope I can do that every month. I am sure it is hard to do though. I have been with ac since Feb. 2008. I would like to be able to say next Feb. That I consistently make $40 a month in pv and it just keeps going up from there. Since you are just starting out, I am sure you will get this much soon. Keep writing.

This month I am over $40 again. I really believe it is because of the Holidays. Take advantage of the holidays and be sure to write holiday articles for some quick page views and next year you will get page views from the articles again.

Good for you! I finally broke the $10 plane at helium last night. I guess if I can double my articles I could get to $25 a month in page views. Not bad for passive income considering what savings accounts are paying these days.

What are savings accounts? LOL Just kidding. I didn't think any were even giving out interest this year with all the problems they were having. I guess they took that into account when asking for the stimulus package. LOL

That is great! I am only at an clout 8 right now and I make about $15 to $20 a month in page views. I have been named and given the badge for the top 1,000 contributors though and I am constantly getting picked for Editors showcase. I haven't written for them in a while though because a lot has been going on at home. My husband was in the hospital with double pneumonia and now my mother-n-law is in the hospital with Emphysema. Plus I have been too sick to work but now that I am feeling better and my husband is ok and home, I will be getting back to writing for them again. I also write for Demand Studios. Good job with the pv's and keep up the great work! :)

Thanks... I have been writing for them for about a year and a half. Once I started earning performance bonus, it was always a monthly amount over $15 and rarely below $25. I am excited about finally reaching the $30 and over payment because that means it is steadily going up. YAY!

That is really great! I usually make around eighteen to twenty eight dollars a month. However this has been going up since I just got to a higher clout level. I went from clout level nice to clout level ten. Now I make two dollars per one thousand page views so I know that I will make a lot more money this year in page views. Yet again congrats!

I don't make much in page views, but I am hoping to triple what I make by writing more articles and better utilizing SEO techniques... Also, I have been trying to write about current events as well. Best wishes to you!
