The elections are just around the corner, who do you think will win? Who are you going to vote for and why? Do you know what their platforms are or what is your basis for voting? It's my first time to vote next year and I'm really excited about it especially since I know who I'm going to vote for already So, who are you voting for?

I think the administration will win why? Because the oppositions vote has been divided into three, Noynoy, Chiz and Erap...if they can only agree and come up with one candidate tsk... tsk... tsk... To think that the administration has the machinery already. I think they don't just don't learn their lessons, we saw it during the last elections, certainly we'll see again this coming elections. If these people don't know how to be a team, what could we expect from them? Well, that's just my opinion. Cheers!

That's what amazed me. 3 people are from the opposition but still, one stood out. 60% and still going stronger . Good job Noynoy!

As the survey says..... it's Noynoy! No, actually, it's still very early to make predictions, these candidates are not even yet filing their candidacy. But for me, I think i will be voting for chiz escudero, not because I'm a fan of Bamboo but maybe because there's something I saw from him and that is hope and change. Well goodluck to your first voting experience and I hope you will vote wisely. (not mr. wisely huh? :) ). Cheers!

Harhar, bamboo was my faavorite in college... And Chiz, too... But now, I'm not so fond of Chiz anymore. Too much opposition, not much action.

LOL. That was funny! When I first saw Chiz the first thing that went to my head is Bamboo! Nice one!

ha ha, this thing still makes me laugh, my brother and I were able to make our mother believe that they are same person since she's not that familiar with bamboo, we show her similar shots of the two and she was convinced hehe.

Ever since Noynoy decided to run for President... i have been rooting for him... since among all of them... he has the cleanest record and never went public for all his achievements... right now... we need someone decent, and God fearing to lead this country... unlike the others who we all know has a hidden agenda of using the power of being a President to enrich themselves...

Same here, just registered a month ago. I'm voting for Chiz Escudero, but honestly I still want Gloria to extend her term, there are a lot of changes happened since she became president, some may not feel it but for me there is, another one that I want is Marcos, I heard from a lot of older people, just like my mother, that back then there was peace on the streets. Those who commit crimes are easily punished and can't escape the justice that easily, even those who are rich and powerful. I choose Chiz because I haven't heard an issue regarding graft and corruption to him, I think? Manny Villar had some issues that's why I changed my mind. Who's yours?

i would have to agree with that gloria thing.. a 4-year term really is not enough to change such country and if we see her entire term, the first few years didn't show anything positive. it was only the latter part of her term that positive things started happening. i wouldn't describe it as her being only active the last few years but rather the policies she started when she first became president has only worked and showed positive results after a lot of years. that's because it does not take a 4-year term to change a country. and if we keep on changing the leader or the policies, we will definitely go back to where we start.. :( the least we can do is have someone new taht will continue the positive things that are happening right now and not change everything just because they are anti-gloria..God bless the Philippines!

hello posham, well, my choice is Chiz Escudero because he already made this decision before others had become some sort of a mind changers. I was about to like Noynoy but what took him so long before he could announce his candidacy when he could have said no to them, he had to do all of that gimmick the way her mom did before she decided to run for Presidency herself.

Well, I'm glad that he took time in deciding and making sure he really wants to run and govern this country and was not just pushed by people. I admire that. I don't think it was gimmickry though...

Its my first time to vote this year too. In our school there was a study done about the presidential bet of our school the result was Noynoy. I hope he wins, we all in our school are really supporting him Even in our community Noynoy is our bet. Even in the office of my sister still NOynoy is there bet. They are even planning of raising founds or donating for the campaign of Noynoy, but if you will ask if they donate to those people who were victims of the past storms yeas they did and still want to donate for noynoy's campaign.

Hmm... I would rather choose Noynoy Aquino or Chiz Escuedero over the other presidentiables. Noynoy has been accused of using his parents fame but if you'll dig at his political records, there's no garbage in there. Yes, we might not heard of anything that would tell us of his political achievements, but it could be that it was not publicized. For the sake of discussion, let's say that there's really nothing that he did to uplift filipino's status of living, but then again is there anything that you heard that taint his political career. I would also go for Chiz. I think its about time for Philippines to have a young leader who sure knows new ideas to improve the standard of living of his people. He might be bold but he sure have some brilliant ideas.

I agree with what you said about Noynoy... Even their efforts on the recent calamity was not publicized. Just goes to show that he's living the "don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing.." Good Job!

I still dont know who to vote for at this moment. I am really afraid that when we have a new president, everything will definitely be back to zero and we have to start all over again as a country. I actually dont see us going down right now so i want whatever we have right now to continue/develop. but as i can see it, since most presidentiables are anti administration and they obviously dont see any positive things that happened during the reign of the current administration, they would most likely come up with new policies, etc.. i really dont want to start from scratch..dont know who to vote really..
