eating too much makes you gain weight not vitamins.

thanks I thought they would but eating the right foods which alot cannot afford would help to. a good thing to have if you do not eat right.

Taking vitamins can't not make you gain weight...if anything they might help you lose weight...but they can not make you gain weight.. some might make you feel more hungrier and there for you eat more and are gaining weight that way... you should check your label and see whats in your vitamins and also ask your doctor. they will have a lot more knowledge on the subject and be able to help you more....

I have not seen any that would make you lose weight. I think sometimes it all depends on what you eat with them. As far as knowing when reading labels . Some of the wording does not explain what they mean and expect people to know. Alot of people do not understand what they read unless they study in that area the word. I do not know what some of it is unless I look it up like it may be a differant word for sugar. thanks for the info I will have to see more into meaning of the words.

goldenteardrops whoever told you that knows nothing about vitamins no there is no sugar in them and nothing to make you gain weight.if you gain weight its because you ate too much
for whatever reason.there are not things in them to make you gain at all.for heavens sakes ask a medical person who will
probably laugh his fool head off. vitamins are simply chemicals our bodies need for good health.and fat is not good health. now it s not your vitamins at all. If you eat more its because you dipped your fork into the food and kept eating after your tummy tried to tell you it was full. dont blame the vitamins for what
you did yourself.

I guess it all depends on what is labeled and from where. No one told me that just heard out of talking with others, some related as it makes you eat more and yet some get upset stomach if they take it alone. And some vitamins do contain somethings not related to vitamins to perserve them longer. But yes vitamins itself is aways good for you as long as its not too much..not what I blame vitamins for myself for I do take them also. I just thought it was an interesting subject to learn so no thumbs up no thumbs down and LOL do not judge the book by looking at the cover. thanks..

Everyday. Eat vitamins in things that contain sugar. Or vitamin things everyday?
