And just about all of us know about V8 but many vegtable haters hate the tasted of this as well or are sensitve to the tomato base, which can cause stomach distress or migraines in some. We can vitamins but there is a reason they are called "vitamin supplement" - they supplement the everday rainbow of foods you already hopefully have. Although I am a huge proponent of vitamins, even the most superior aren't meant as a replacement. My brother in law won't eat any vegetables but nori and I had a teacher who wouldn't eat vegetables at all until she realized she could make a smoothie out of fruits and vegetables making both the texture and the taste more...manageble, encouraging neither the gag reflex or the toddler tantrum. I've even heard Dr. Oz suggest a Green drink Following I have a link to his recipe, but you can adjust the ingredients as you wish: http://hubpages.com/hub/Dr-Oz-Green-Drink-Recipe-Intructions So what about you and your family? Anyone adamant in their refusal of any and all vegetables? Do you disguise them in dishes or drench them in cheese?
