Hi friends In day to day life one get stress and want to break the monotonous life.What are your tips for better life..As for me some are as follows: .play games,read books .Take out some time for yourself,sit in silence for some minute .Do yoga,prayer and meditation .Don't brood over the past,try to forgive and forget .Don;t hate others..Life ir too short . .Smile as it is contagious and spread happiness .When you wake up in the morning ..Thank God for everything!!

Hi bluray, it seems that you enjoy your life that is wonderful. Actually the daily life is indeed sort of tedious without passion, so we may do something for self-enjoyment and self-amusement. One of the most enjoyable things to do is to borrow books from my local library. Then I can take the books home and enjoy reading them. I like to go out for days to interesting places. In the summer it is lovely to visit coastal localities. In the winter it can be enjoyable to visit art galleries and museums. When I have the time and the money I go off traveling to different countries in the world. I like to play with my two dogs and my three children. It is wise to get rid of as much stress as possible.

Hi friend,In my opinion yoga is not attached to any religion or caste.It is something which is acceptable to each and all.I am amazed by its benefits and had therefore adopted it.I don think its really has any concern with religion.Anyway no offense to you too.

Hi Bluray, These are quite good tips. Yes, exercise, Yoga, Meditation etc do help us during times of stress. Also, we should smile even when faced with hard times as smiling does not cost us anything and we in fact gain from it. Thanks for sharing .
