Would you use the bus and train more if it was cheaper?

Oh yea..definetely.In India Train is relatively an economical mode of transport and I prefer it unless there is something really urgent.And I prefer public transport for its a better way to avoid the congestion on road.I find lot of cars with only single person inside..I dont understand why a single guy needs such a big space on the road and waste of fuel as well...I hope people do implement(especially the so called leaders) things rather than giving long speaches on how to save the planet from pollution etc.

i think train because it charges are less than bus and more faster for long journey against a bus but for short distance you only use bus or taxi. there is no matter which transport any one prefer any time it's based on situation. have a nice day
