Which country do you think is the most envrionmentally conscious?

Is it Japan for their efficient public transport network? Or Germany for their impressive recycling programs? Denmark for their large use of wind power? Switzerland? Sweden? Norway? Finland? France? Somewhere else? Who's the worst? USA? China?
