Are You Addicted to Social Networking?

Many people have these days addicted to social networking. I really cant understand what so addictive about these sites ( facebook and orkut ). I would be happy if some one can throw some light on this topic

I accept that I am kind of addicted to social networking sites. Everyday I check my Orkut account after checking my gamil account. I work with Mylot almost everyday, which you know. I have a pleasure in working with social networking sites. So, I continue to do the same. I love Orkut because many of my friends are there. I love to know their latest updates and see pictures.
