hi brad welcome to mylotting. the stars besides the names show our ratings. When you get so many points then you will get a star, and the color will show how many have hit plus for your discussions.As more and more people rate you your stars will move up and your ratings will become higher. good luck and God bless. have fun and enjoy mylotting.
