meditation is a pratise of concentration focus upon a sound object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, resuce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. meditation has three approach and this are trascendental meditation, relaxation response and mindfulness meditation..

I don't know perfectly. I think a Meditation is one of most ways to heal stressed or maybe to makes us relax. It's just like a ritual on certain religion.

A good practice to regain inner self energy and it's done by focusing our inner attention towards bringing back a faculty of oxygen to its right position which is on top center of the skull. At this position, it helps much energy get its full level and the energy property is neither created nor destroyed but it can be transformed. The transformation will depend on one's motive and objective.
