How long those it takes before mylot admin response to our inquiries?

Has anyone of you contacted mylot admin? I did send them a message regarding some matter. I receive a message from them saying that they received my message and will either response or not to me depending on the subject matter...???
They also said that there is no need for me to send them any follow up, if so they will just delete the message.
So how would I know the feedback if they will not respond to my message? And I cannot even send them follow up? How's that?

The message that you received is an automated response which comes whenever you contact them.
If your query was already answered in the FAQs then I doubt that you will hear from them at all. If is concerning something not answered there then just be patient.
