which is the best software for automatic shutdown

i have used many but do you know any software which is best according to you for automatic shutdown and wakeup of your computer.

i think the best is windows own scheduler itself. why use any other software when windows has inbuilt features that can accomplish the same task

i use XP but some time when i use the softwares they are unable to do the required things. i want to turn the system in wakeup state by its sleep state at specific time and then shut it down at certain time. but i am not getting any good software for this. i have used one but it is not able to do this.

I don't know any that type of software.. bit if you know please tell me..because..if there are any that type of software then it is helping to shutdown pc..quickly..

thanks for response but i have many but due to limited functionality i am not very much satisfied with their performance. two of them are autoshuddown and other is xp manager.
