What do you eat when you are alone in the house?

HI, I'm like u i don't like to go out to eat by myself & don't. Doesn't bother me to eat at home alone tho. U have a good one.

The computer is a nice company,Although sometimes the keyboard suffers.

Hi and welcome to mylot! I buy for those ocations sanswich bread and pita. They keep forr many days in good shape in the fridge. I heat them a little before eating them and that´s all. Happy posting!

I use to do that, but I have to go to the ophtalmologist. My glasses for reading are no good anymore

When the kids were little we all sat at the table while eating and I always prepared good diners. Now I live alone and eat "real" food only when I have company. Fortunatly I have lots of friends and they like how I cook.Alone I eat mainly sandwichs by the computer.

I am just use to it i guess,i sort of enjoy it, lol. It's nice that u have your cousin to share a meal w/you & i bet he's enjoying that good cooking of yours. Happy days to u.

Hi Jo, I have never liked to eat alone. I don´t mind doing anything else by myself. Perhaps that´s why lately I have begun to "adopt" people that are as alone as I am. My latest adoption was the cousin that invited me to his mother´s on October 12th. On the way back I asked him how he lived and what he ate. He has been divorced for many years and is not the social kind of person. As I thought, he ate ****. So I invited him once a week for diner (he´s helping me out with the expenses) and he takes the leftovers on a sort of doggy bag.., We have lots of fun as we were very chumy when we were little. We are both the same age. Hug!

I´m prepared for those feelings, as I live alone. I have on hand good breads of different kinds to make sandwichs, cans (tuna, hearts of palm, sweet peppers, etc)and I always have in the fridge ham, bologne and a couple of cheeses. So I make sandwichs but they are easy to do, filling and VERY yummy!!!

So true! But sometimes I say that I have to eat nice and then invite some friends

if you invite friends to be with you then you will be forced to prepare something for all of you to eat while jamming and having fun. You can ask them to bring their share of food and it will be more FUN.
