How do we deal with the rude and headstrong girlfriend

My girl friend be with me for near 3years. We argue frequently,even the tiny things.I am always to avoid the arguement.but she never let me go,I am a man,i wish my girl could listen to me and do something when i need her help,but she is always against me,that makes me angry and upset.How do i go with such girl?

Well, firstly, why complain now when you are almost 3 years together already? =)
Anyways, I think the best advice I could give you is try to understand her more. Maybe she has a personal problem and she needs someone to release her stress unto. You should also try to be the one "leading" the relationship rather than being the one being pushed around. You are the guy, so take the lead. Just make sure you give her ample space to move in, if you know what I mean.

I always believe i am the guy and should be at the leading position,and i know this is just the reason she rejects me,She always ask:Why i have to do the things you ask me to. But anyway,I mention 3years is to claim that we never solve our collision after 3 years...It is fantastic..
