is halloween important?

well before we used to celebrate halloweens but i think this year will not be fun since my cousins are no longer in our place. they are working in a very far place. is halloween still important?

Halloween in my house is actually also known as Samhain and its THE most important holiday of the yr for me...Xmas still holds the number one spot for my kids though LOL

i guess that the event itself is important for the kids.. because it's like gift giving but instead, we just call it giving tricks or treats to kids..
