How to get along with difficult people?

The workplace,like anyplace you bring a bunch of people together,is a jumble of many different personalities.In addition to coworkers who are easy to work with,you will also find difficult people at work.What sets the workplace apart from many other places is that everyone--even the difficult people.
when you meet the difficult people at work,how do you deal with????

Just go with the flow. Be friendly even if you don't like their personality. There's mo perfect people and i bet there are people who don't like you either but still talking to you because you are with same environment like office. Remember, you are not in the office because of them, you are there because of money - your work. Or if you don't like to be friend with them, or if they will make you unhappy then avoid them like doing stuff related in your work.
