Saving

The economic conditions have made people aware of saving rather than spending to make it through these hard times. Personally, I stopped buying junk food except chocolate, that I can't live without, completely. That's cut my grocery bill by at least $10 if not more. I haven't shopped for new clothes since I have plenty in my wardrobe. I have to resist the urge though. I have yet to start clipping coupons though, that just takes too much effort I think I'm doing well without. What are somethings you've done to save money?

I did the same thing. I hardly bought anything for myself in terms of new clothes or shoes. I also minimized the number of times I eat out because I want to save just for other important things. Since I have not been getting my full salary for some insane reason I had to cut back drastically. But hopefully soon I get back to my normal way of living.

Yes!Money saved is money earned. We should always maintain a budget to see where the money drains unnecessarily.and we should act wise to cut down those expenses without which we can live easily still. For me,I have stopped buying magazines and became a member of the local library.
