why does brown bread

why is it brown bread is harder and dryer than white bread,and why does it go mouldy quicker than white bread

The wholemeal bread is so dry i have noticed.I tend to only eat white as the other stuff just tastes horris to me.I think that it is the wholemeal that is dryer than anything,so they must put something in it to cause it to be like that.

i wish they'd stop putting it in,maybe then i'd buy more of it

Sorry your having a problem with brown bread. I don't eat white bread it isn't good for you. I have never had a problem with brown bread molding or being hard and I keep my bread in the frig. It stays fresher that way. We only use about a loaf of bread a week.

wish we only used half a loaf a week,i get through 5 loaves
