The difference for Corporate Offices and Medium scale and Small scale companies

Hi I worked in a corporate office and normal office. My last working is with the corporate one. In Corporate offices, the working culture is very much organised as well as in Medium scale or small scale companies it won't be like that. We can learn so much of work in Medium scale and small scale companies alot. But as in corporates there is no scope to learning, we have to work on our own. In Medum scale and small scale offices, we have friendly atmosphere means the heartful friendship will be there as well as in corporate offices all plastic smiles, which irritates me alot.
