hello friends
i got a problem with my neo bux account
actually i was busy so was unable to login into my neo bux account.
yesterday i have seen that my account is suspended due to inactivity.
can anybody tell me what to do now?
i want to delete it and will create a new account with another user name in my system which is same ip address.
is it possible if i delete it and create a new account?
if account deletion is possible then will admin of new bux allow me to create a new account in this system which has same ip?

How long have you been inactive? Maybe they thought you're gone for good. Try to wait first for a couple of days before creating a new account. Maybe you can still revive your old account. But if you can't wait then you can make a new one. This type of thing also happened to me. I was being banned by hybux without knowing the reason. I'm sure I have not violated any of their rules. It's sad but we can't do nothing about it.

nearly 1 month
i was busy so ....i couldn't login into my account.
but i want to delete it and want to create a new account with the same user name if possible,if not possible different user name.
so what did u do in case of hybux?
got paid?
is that genuine?

i will mail to admin of neobux if he accepts me to change username then i will create a new one if he reject my request then i will join under u k

I think it's possible for you to make a new account with the same user name you were using before. If it's okay with you, you can join under me. I'll send my referral link to you if you're interested.
By the way about hybux, I don't really know if it's legit because as of now I'm having trouble with it. It says I'm banned. Well I still hope it's just a bug and maybe I can log in again tomorrow.

Hi there amarhits8! I think the best thing you should do is to contact neobux admin, tell them your concers and ask them also if they will allow you to delete your previous account and then open a new one. It is safer than creating a new one without informing them first. You might have a problem when time for cashing out if you fail to inform them... I hope you resolve this problem of yours.

Hi,
The same thing happened to me once- I was inactive for 30 days due to severe illness and my account was suspended. I just emailed them and explained, and they reactivated the account without deducting a single cent from my balance.
The admin there will understand as long as you explain, but don't create a new account otherwise they'll both be banned and you'll probably never get them back.

that also happened to me and neobux suggested that I create another account with a different username. I still use the same paypal account and email address and i didn't have any problem. if you have other queries, just send them some emails. good luck!

no you cant register the same username... when i found out mine was suspended, the same window said that i can register another account, just not the same as the old one so i registered another account with a different username..i never bothered emailing them because i was fine with it

i'm sorry I can not give you the solution.... it is because I have a problem with neobux too. I just sign up neobux... but... I can not sign in because my username and password are do not match. I do not understand about it... actually i always use same username n password for evrything program on internet... how it can be used in neobux... why?...... I send complain message to get information about my username and password... however... admin never send me email... I'm so disapointed... and just leave it....

y dont u send a mill to them that your password and user name are not matching?
the admin can help u....mail him k.
i will send a mail. and ask him to delete it and create a new one.

Hi there i have had that problem as well, i will tell you how i got that problem solved!!
i contacted the site and i just said that my internet connection has been down over the past days and i would like to open my account back up. please can you do this.

the next day i was able to login to my account, then i felt like someone had listened to me and i felt like people do listen to me!!
That was and still is the best thing about earning money online i can remember.

There is many rule and regulation on neobux may be brake any rule according to neobux. New forget about this account and open new one.....
