google adsense registration not approved....

Hello people.. Who among of you here are members of google adsense? I hade made my registration for google adsense a while ago. but i received an email saying it wasn't being approved because my postal code didn't match my address. But i am reaaly sure i had put the correct postal code of my area. i am living in philippines but i wasn't sure if postal codes are written in 5 digit adding 0 on the first digit. who could help me with this problem??
