Do the Astrological signs make any sense? Are the forecasts/pronouncements true?

Iam myself an astrologer. Signs by themselves do not make any sense. Signs are indicative of certain qualities. But qualities get modified by presence and inter action of planets. One who can read the posible out come of those inter actions can give correct pronouncement.
