When God created human beings, he gave instructions to live. Later he sent messengers with instructions to live in. Later he sent more prophets and messengers with instructions to guide people. People always tend to drift away from the instructions given by the God, and they started making different ideologies and belief systems their own by neglecting the God's instructions. The Last edition of God's instruction manual is still there, but many are neglecting and making or following man made ideas and system. The Last edition of the God's instruction manual is called the "Quran". If one read it from cover to cover with understanding he can identify it is not a work of humans and it is from God. Peace.

Religion was created when hominids developed the ability to think abstractly. Early humans certainly had religion, although I'm sure it was much less developed than religion today. It's a natural instinct to believe in God. Hunter-gatherer groups accross borders and time have shown this.

Ever since Adam & Eve rebelled against God, mankind has tried to place his own reasonings above God. Man has become his own god, deciding that what he believes is good enough for him. Mankind has no problem in believing his own "religion" and enjoys his life, free of any responsibility or accountability. EVERY religion is man-made and reflects the thoughts of one man or a group of people, regarding the innate search for eternal life. The Christian faith differs from all religions in that it is NOT man seeking God, but GOD seeking mankind. It is the only faith which starts with God and puts the focus on God.

Religion was created by early man to explain things that his primitive knowledge couldn't explain. It was then, and to some extent still is used to control people by telling them things that they should do and things they shouldn't do and the "consequences" or "rewards" of their actions. It laid down the first laws and established what is morally acceptable and what isn't. Different tribes or groups of ancient people from different parts of the world had different superstitions and beliefs which morphed into the different religions we have today.

Definitely Only Human who made the religion. When there's no human if only animals lived on the land maybe there's no religions at all.

Gods word was with us from the very beginning. The different religions I think are started to confuse people into what they think. The true word of God is preached to us by Shepherd's Chapel. They teach the word of God like it is supposed to be taught chapter by chapter verse by verse, From the original King James Bible. Stick to Gods word and everything will turn out alright.
