Hi there guys.. can you help me? how this paid to propomote site works? Do you know any paid to promote sites? Is it good to be a part of those sites? Do you think I will earn money from them? Please share you experience about this kind of earning program..

What you are talking is about being a referral. I think many sites do pay for referring members. I know that one site pays and that is zazzle. Check out my profile page and you will get the link.
