Family comes first....but what if you are in a situation where the job you have requires you to be away from family a large percent of the time? The job pays the bills & provides for the needs of the family but you just don't have the time to spend with the family as you would like.

Monika, I am a student & also a Full time worker. I was suffering a lot. but, now i have a made a schedule & i am tried to adopt to that. it was liitle hard in the begining but, now it is really very help ful for me. Just you need to sit in a place when you are free. write in a notepad about each every task you need to do in a day.calculate each & every minute you waste in a day. try to get rest including all of that time at once. the key you need towake up early in the morning.

well i make sure that i have everything ready the night before: lunch prepared, closes ironed, bags pack, my daughter's bath done. So it wont be so much of a rush to get out of the door. I try to make every sunday a mother-daughter day. i try not to go visit friends during the week so i will have time to relax at night so i can be wide awake for work in the morning

Probably making schedules for each of those activities. To remain sane, make time for yourself to do something just for you..pamper yourself, get your hair done, meditate, or something special that you enjoy!

But what if you aren't able to do either (rise & sleep early) due to work or whatever activities that require you to be away from home on a consistent basis?

Try the following: Time Management Know your priorities Relax Don't take things too seriously because it will just give you more pressures.
