How can we release the stress?

Do you feel stress in your work or life? I often feel high stress when we work, I always worry what I will make the mistake, so when I sent the email to my customers, I don't have the brave to send them directly, I will check many times and many times then to send, I always worry whether I made a mistake in my work, so it's high stress to me. Mylotters, how do you think to release our stress from work or life?

I know we all have ways to deal with stress,and when it comes to me I know stress can be really annoying and it is hard to deal with,and I have found different ways to help me deal with my stress one big stress reliever for me is to play video games,because nothing seems to relax me more then shooting bad guys especially on games like Halo because I like protecting our world from aliens,I also like watching funny movies,because laughter seems to help my stress go away,and my wife knows how to make me feel better and she will cuddle with me,and spend time talking with me when she knows I am stressed and I love her with all of my heart and soul.

Yeah it works great,and yeah if there is someone you do not like you can imagine them in the game and shoot the bad guys,I hope you do find some of these games.

It sounds very interesting to release stress to shoot bad guys on games, how is the feeling? If I hate someone, I will shoot the man in the games and I thought he is him, wow, so great, I will look for some these kinds of games. Thank you.

Stress is usually descend feelings or someone who d not lack confidence. No one is perfect. So no matter if we make a little mistake. The important thing is immediately realized and introspection and self-improvement into the future, both at work and life

Thank you for your information. I often with stress in my life and work, and I often bring stress from work to my home, and shout others to realse my bad emotion, my families told me that it's very bad for doing that. I should use other ways to adjust my emotion and relax.

Hi Betty, When was the last time you give yourself a break? It seems like you are becoming so perfectionist or i may say your expereincing the OC syndrome--being obsessive and compulsive wanting everything to be perfect. Keep your cool, start doing the deep breathing exercise and do some stretching while in the office. If it's possible file a leave just to recharge and be free from any office-related concerns, give yourself a treat - go to a massage parlor, enjoy the spa and anything that will make you relax. Do it now my friend!

Don't be so stressful just relax.When i feel stressful i will try to calm dowm myself by closing my eys for a second and listen to the music.It's quite useful for me.There is other tip is that eating bananas can release your stress and anxiety in certain lever.So have a try and wish you can get rid of the high stress life earlier.~

Before, when I felt the stress, I will eat much, but when I am a adut, I didn't do that. I think listen music can release our tension, because our emotion will be changed from the sentiment, it's a good idea, I will try it. thank you my friend.

I release my stress by jogging for about 30 to 45 mins. I didnt do anything else to release my stress and it helps in my case. I have been a consistent jogger for years . You can really feel your muscles , mind and body relax after that.

It's a good habit to jog about 30 to 45 mins, it's very health for us if we did every day. I once jog at night for about 10 mins, it's pity that I didn't persist it, because I moved a house, which is a little far distance from the park, I really like that park, many people jogged there at night, younger couples, elder, and students. I will try my best to jog there too.

As I can notice it, you are just too anxious of commiting mistakes from your work. You don't have to worry too much. Take it easily and have a happy heart working on it surely you will have a better output. Stress is always part of the game called WORK. But we have this so called stress management where in we learn how to deal and handle different situations at different times that can cause us stress. You can find a lot of resources for Stress Management. As for myself, I do exercise to sweat and release the negative energies out of stress, stroll in mall, go out with friends and do chit chats.

Actually, I made very small mistake in my work, because I always be carefully and carefully, but sometimes, my nerve is very tight, so I worried everything. yeah, do exercise to sweat and release the negative energies out of stress is a good way to release our stress, I will try it to walk, make a exercise. thank you, my friend.

Hey bettydeng, you know how I release my stress. It is very simple, I just come to Mylot, and start answering your discussions and at times, start my own discussions. Believe me, it is a great stress buster. Some days, I sit in front of my computer, and start reading the responses for some interesting discussion, and after this I feel fresh. Just try it.

Meditation is best way to release your stress or you can opt for yoga also. If you want to overcome from stress in working environment then try to sit on your chair straightly and close your eyes for 2 minutes and take deep breath and keep in mind that you are feeling fresh now and much better. Taking break from continuous working habit or mind process will definitely give you relaxation in just few seconds. Because mind is the only element who informs you about your stress :)

Hey. betty. I understand you. when i first graduated from school. I took my first job. I scared if there is anything wrong in my work. Like i send a mail to my clients. I will do as you doing now. I will check if there is any wrong words. even a punctuation symbol. I was very sick of that. After couple monthes when i can easily handle my job. And then i was not think much about those stuff. Now my suggestions. take it easy. why you behavior this is maybe you are not familiar with your work. you should learn to make it better.try your best.

Hi bettydeng5! Okay, my work now involves having to teach English to Korean students (one-on-one) and it can also be really stressful, especially when they still can't understand even the simplest terms. So to release stress, I always take deep breaths and say a silent prayer to God asking for patience. I also try to smile a lot. And during breaks, I'd usually fool around with the students just to release the tension.

hey!! easy beth, try to control or manage your stress at work, how bout always wear smile on your face, if you are in stress just relax and inhale/exhale, be comfortable always, organize your work and have time to laugh to ease alittle of your face, you don't to see some wrinkle on face at your age, do you?......smell and relax always ok..happy mylotting..

The best thing to do when you're starting to get stressed, at least for me, is to get a massage from a loved one! If this loved one just happens to be your boyfriend/girlfriend..... then that stress will just melt away! This is a beautiful thing that you can do not only to relieve built up stress, but to get a little closer to your lover!

Betty,I think you're a careful girl.I don't think it's not good for you.In this case,less mistakes come to you.Meanwhile,we should be confident about ourselves. When the mistakes occur,just face it and solve it,under the condition of enough care.Everyone makes mistake. To relrease the stress,I'll keep happy things in mind,and be optimistic and confident.When you're free,you may listen to some music,read books,or go out for a coffee with friends.Long journey is nice:)

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.

Hello bettydeng5 this is checkmail and often do get stressed due to my regular rutine of day to day work.And to relax a bit, i use to take some rest than take a walk in the nature, sometimes interact with nature and feel the caring hand of nature over me and just get relaxed.And there are also other ways to get relaxed like exercises, yoga, pranayam, meditation, workship, etc.
