That is true. We are looking for ways how to save money. And way of saving it is also to lessen our expenses. One way of making our expenses lessen in by reducing the rate of our bills. And I notice the the electricity has the hisgest among them. So what I did is that, everytime I am no longer using an appliances, I unplug it. I do not just turn it off, but making sure it is unplug. Because eventhough the appliances is off and it is still plug on, it is still consuming 25% of the electricity. I even make it a habbit to turn off the lights in the room or the confort room when nobody is using it.I lowered down the temperature level of the refregirator during night time. I would use the airconditioner only when it is night time but setting a time to automatic off after three hours or put it in fan mode, I will just use the electricfan during day time or open the curtains and windows to let the light in and also the air.

I hope the things that I was enumerating there on how to save electricity will help you save also. I notice the change on my bill after I did this. It made me save about 20% of my usual bill before. It is not much but it is already good. When I really do not use the aircon most fequently, I would save almost 30% of my electric bill in each month. That is already big saving, you think?

25% to 30% is consider a great saving.I recommend you to set the aircond temperature to 25 degree instead of put into fan mode. Because when you using fan mode oftentimes. you will shortening the life span of air cond compressor.

To save on our electric bills, we have employed lots of cost-saving measures. We are now sparingly using the electric water pump and in lieu thereof, we use the manual water pump. We don't use water from the electric pump to water plants but from the manual pump. We switch off our refrigerator and water dispenser at night. All electrical appliances are unplugged when not in use. And lights, too...

I haven't really computed the exact amount but it is a considerable amount. It is doing us good, really.

Just unplug anything that you're not using, just like tv... Even if it's turned off, if you don't unplug it, it uses up about 40% of what is spent when it is on. Hope this helps. "to express, not to impress"
