H1N1 IS COMING NEAR ME ! somewhat panic!

when watching TV,I always see the increasing number of H1N1 infectors all arount ther world including China,but in zhuzhou ,Hunan ,China,which is a not a big city ,
has started to spread the disease, many people has been infected by a surprisng,I am only a student of college, but the college also exits the infectors ,now ,the
neibour apartment has been blocked for preventing the spread of the disease ,all students of that apartment can't do their things freely,"sorry you can't leave the
apartment"!It's really an accident! Now everybody wants to know if other that touched him or her has got H1N1,although we have to buy daily supplies in supermarket or other shops ,but we have realized we have to be alert to everyone !
Wow! When H1N1 can be finished!!!!

Calm down. It's really not that bad. The normal flu kills like 300 a day, this one has killed like 4 a day. But that doesn't mean u should keep urself safe. Everytime I start feeling like I am slightly getting sick, like I can feel my throat get scratchy or i sneeze once, then I take a vitamin C which helps ur immune system, and drink some calcium supplements, and hot tea, herbal if i can. I dont know if u have lysol spray over there. but I try to spray surfaces esp.during d start of these things like remote controls and wipe down door handles and stair railing.
Important things:
-Wash your hands or use antibacterial gel.
-Do NOT touch your hands to your eyes, nose, or mouth.
-keep good hygiene and stay away from the sick.
my brother's been sick recently and everytime he'd come near me i just would walk away. one time he was in the front seat of the car in front of me n the wind was pushing the virus back to me and i just held my breath so it couldnt get in your body.
