How many Traffic sites do you do a day?

I just want to know because Im doing 5 at the same time and I think its a lil bit too much? How much traffic sites have you signed up on, and how much do you do a day at the same time? And If you look at my Profile and you dont have a traffic site that you dont have, please feel free to sign up on m one of mines, because I dont have referrals on mines yet. Im new to those sites. When you do your traffic sites, and your done for the day do you put credits to your sites, or you wait till you have more and more credits?
