I can't submit tasks it only refreshes why?

I Have accepted one task then i sign up to the site posted... confirmed it then copied the confirmation email to the space provided by the task creator... but when i click on submit... nothing happens the page only refreshes... then i have to paste it again but still the page only refreshes.... hmmmm this only happened to one task... help? the task is not expired it is still listed on the available page...
