Lemonbux - Has anyone used this site?

I have seen Lemonbux advertised on neobux's website. Is this a genuine PTC site, have you used it and been paid from it? There are so many sites out there I want to only do ones that are worth my time. It says it will pay 1cent a click so I want to make sure its genuine before I spend any time on it. Please let me know what you think of this site.
