Does anyone here play online poker?

Hey, I'm a new poker player. I've only been playing for like a month, and only with friends. I'd like to start playing online so I can get a lot more practice, but there's so many websites where you can play poker that I'm not sure which one is best. I've also seen some pretty large rakebacks, like a place called Full Tilt Poker has a rakeback up to 30% ( http://www.prorakeback.org/rakeback/rakeback/full-tilt-poker/ ). Is that legit? Which place that you've used has the best rakeback and do the places actually fulfill them? Finally, do you have any tips for people who are new to online poker? What about the sites like Bodog or Cake Poker? How do they compare? Thanks!
